The 2011 season sponsorship packages will be based on a sponsorship budget of $18,000 

Options:

Full Sponsorship: $18,000 Paint scheme your choice (4/1 opening season), PA announcements, we will distribute any promotional items, your company name and logo on team shirts, the ability to have driver and crew members at your events with display car.

1/2 Sponsorship: $9,000 Large size decal on race car, PA announcements, we will distribute any promotional items, your company name and logo on team shirts, the ability to have driver and crew members at your events with display car.

1/4 Sponsorship:  $4,000  Seven Months (April-Oct) - You will be able to have your Company decal on car (location and size vary), Your Company will be announced at every race, You will be listed on our "Sponsor Page".

Package A:    $2,500  Three and a half Months (April-June) - You will have your Company decal on car (location and size vary), Your Company will be announced at each of these races and you will be listed on our "Sponsor Page".

Package B:    $200 Weekly - Your Company decal on car (location and size vary), Your Company will be announced at every race and you will be listed on our "Sponsor Page".

Package C:    Your idea - what will work for your Company.

We previously had bumper sticker size decals various companies supporting different race weekends at a one time, low cost advertising promotion.

We are looking for businesses that we can represent fairly.  There are many advantages to being a sponsor.  Among the many things we can offer a sponsor, depending on the size and type of sponsorship, are:

Ø      Your Business Name will be on the Car.    Seen by everyone on Interstate 95 N & S to and from the race track each Saturday as well as people in the grandstands, all people in the pit area.  At the start of each race each car, driver and their major sponsor are announced.

Ø      Display the Car - We can display the car in front of your business, at live radio broadcasts, auto shows, local parades and YOUR BUSINESS NAME WILL BE VIEWED BY ALL ATTENDEES!  Because we race on Saturday, the car may not be available for display during the weekends.

Ø      Team Shirts / Coats etc. - Sponsors can have their names on the team shirts, coats, driver firesuit, and/or other team apparel.

Types of Sponsorships

There are many different ways to sponsor a racing team.  Some of the most common are:

    Ø      Monetary - Donations of funds to be used on the car as needed.

Ø      Supplies - The donation of supplies the team needs throughout the year such as tires, racing fuel, parts, auto body paint, lettering decals, etc.
